Maha Zedi Temple has a series of receding terraces, surmounted by a cylindrical or bell-shaped dome which continues into a finial of concentric rings.

The base of the temple is a squared-shape base. The steps are very steep to climb up. But once you reach the terraces, you can view the beautiful scenes of Bagan with the ancient monuments.
